Your Impact As a credentialed Reliability Engineer, you possess a profound understanding of our customers’ operational and plant-floor realities. You have the specialized expertise to translate complex inspection data into the specific, high-stakes actions our customers must take to maintain their infrastructure. Leveraging your deep domain knowledge, you will help shape our next-generation inspection and data analytics roadmap and serve as a strategic advisor to our global clientele. Your leadership will drive excellence across the following areas: Strategic Product Definition Serve as the in-house customer bringing the Reliability Engineer persona to the R&D process Define requirements for our next-generation inspection payloads and data analytics capabilities, ensuring that the right data is available to our customers in order to derive actionable insights Consultative Sales & Strategic Advisory Act as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle, commanding respect with maintenance and operations leaders at our customers’ industrial sites Provide actionable advice to customers on reducing equipment downtime, mitigating safety risks and maximizing asset lifespan using ANYbotics’ solutions Your profile Experience: 8+ years of experience in the area of industrial inspection workflows and predictive maintenance, working directly with industrial assets (e.g., pumps, motors, turbines, pressurized vessels) Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other related technical field Customer-Centricity & Sales Enablement: Keen observer of customer personas and pain points with a deep understanding of what resonates in the market.
