What You’ll Do As a key partner in shaping strategy across your plant, you will: Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Nutreco’s Quality Management System (Nutrace) within the Plant. Ensure compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations in the operating companies in scope. Build and develop a capable quality organization and foster a strong quality culture across functions. Identify, analyse, and drive continuous quality improvements across production and quality control processes. You’ll collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Formulation, Innovation , and other cross-functional teams to: Drive quality performance improvements. Provide FSQ expertise in customer interactions. Support incident and crisis management when needed. Who We’re Looking For You are responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role . You have the credibility to influence stakeholders at all levels and the leadership capability to inspire others. Ideally, you bring: Experience in quality roles within feed, food manufacturing, or supply chain environments . A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. Strong knowledge of food/feed safety legislation and quality certification schemes. Proven experience leading quality management systems and driving continuous improvement. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills .
