IO Interactive is looking for a skilled Tools Programmer to join our Backbone team and help power the tech behind our games. You’ll be working across multiple flagship projects - our James Bond game, 007 First Light, our ambitious Project Fantasy, and the HITMAN universe - building and evolving tools in our proprietary Glacier engine. Together with artists, designers, and programmers, you’ll create robust, user-friendly workflows that let our teams move faster, experiment more, and bring world-class gameplay to life.Collaborate to design and upgrade the Glacier editor and tools, empowering content creators. Customize and integrate tools to meet project needs. Integrate tools with version control systems. Ensure high quality through testing and security measures. Continuously improve tools based on feedback and project demands. Have experience working in the gaming industry. Proficient in C# and C++ with strong code design skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required. Master’s degree preferred.
