Junior SAP HCM Consultant Integrated into the AMPS department and under the supervision of an AMPS Team Manager, the overall responsibility ofan AMPS Consultant is to support our outsourced SAP client as follows: Provide application support consultancy through advice, guidance, and appropriate technical activities Manage simple tickets after having received functional analysis and guidance / coaching on the technical way toimplement it Operate required system tests using either provided or self generated test data, to ensure the applications/developments meet the agreed specifications Maintain internal and external contact and communication channels at appropriate level. Understand the general flows in HR and the SAP HR architecture Bachelor or Master degree with a Business or Technical emphasis, or equivalent · Solid verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian · Previous experience in SAP HCM application maintenance is a plus · Strong interest in delivering high quality support in the field of Human Resource · Be committed to the customer, the team and the project · Communication skills in English and Italian · We offer programs and plans for a healthy mind, body, wallet and life because it's important our benefits care for the whole person.
