Maintenance Programme EngineerRyanair is recruiting a Maintenance Programme Engineer to join Europe’s largest airline group. This desk‑based role will be based in our Engineering Office in Dublin and report to the Maintenance Programs Manager.ResponsibilitiesReview the Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) and Maintenance Review Board (MRB) to ensure accurate implementation into Ryanair’s Group Maintenance Program for B737NG/8200/A320/CL 3500 fleets, as applicable.Ensure the maintenance program is optimised to maintain high safety levels, excellent dispatch reliability and to mitigate operational impact of in‑service defects.Work in accordance with Continuing Airworthiness Management Exposition (CAME) and company manual procedures.Review heavy maintenance findings and identify solutions for repeat occurrences.Submit and obtain Aviation Authority approval of the Ryanair Group Maintenance Programs when required.Develop detailed reports to support optimisation of the Ryanair Maintenance Programs.Provide input to the B737NG/8200/A320 Industry Steering Committee (ISC) regarding ongoing optimisation of the MRB/MPD.Perform additional responsibilities delegated periodically by the Maintenance Programme Manager.RequirementsRelevant Engineering Degree or EASA Part 66 maintenance licence.Minimum 1 year of experience in a Technical Services / CAMO role or Engine MRO.Understanding of EASA Part M, Part CAMO and Part 145 regulations.Technical knowledge of Boeing 737 systems and/or Airbus A320 experience is an advantage.Knowledge of MSG‑3 & maintenance programme optimisation methodologies (e.g., SASMO, OPTIMA) is an advantage.Sound knowledge of EASA regulatory requirements.Good working knowledge of AMOS is preferable.Excellent communication skills, including experience writing or reviewing technical instructions.Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and make decisions in a busy, fast‑paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salaryDiscounted and unlimited travel to over 230 destinationsDefined Contribution Pension SchemeDeath in Service Benefit – up to 2 times of annual basic salary20 days annual leave (increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service)Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per yearCycle 2 Work SchemeUnrivalled career progressionSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyAirlines and Aviation#J-18808-Ljbffr
