If you want to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment, we want to meet you Responsibilities: If you become a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would be responsible for: Assisting German speaking customers through different channels. Helping customers with reservations, cancelations, changes, etc. Providing all the necessary information to customers answering the questions they might have. Solving unpredictable situations that might arise in a professional and customer-oriented manner. Requirements To become a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would need: Native or bilingual level of German. Advanced level of English (C1). Residence in Malaga (or nearby) or willing to relocate to this city. Customer Service or accommodation experience is valuable Candidates must have the valid documents to work in Spain (NIE, Social Security Number) Benefits If you are selected to work as a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you would get the benefits below: Competitive annual salary: €21,500 gross per year. Permanent contract. 39 hours per week. On-site training and working modality at our offices in Malaga center. Training hours: 9h to 18h. Relocation package for candidates outside of Malaga region. Working hours: between 8h to 22h (to be assigned). Expected starting date: 17th March
