Descubra si es el candidato adecuado leyendo la descripción completa a continuación.Location: (Please provide city or work modality: onsite/remote/hybrid)INSUD PHARMA operates across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, bringing specialized knowledge and experience in scientific research, development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing of a wide range of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), finished dosage forms (FDF), and branded pharmaceutical products, adding value to human and animal health.ResponsibilitiesProvide financial reviews, variance analysis, and strategic insights that drive profitability and informed decision-making.Deliver ad-hoc analysis for business cases, investments, pricing decisions, and product launches, supporting commercial strategy with robust financial modeling.Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by validating financial inputs, ensuring reliability of estimates, and tracking performance against targets.Manage month-end revenue closing and consolidation for internal and HQ reporting, leveraging advanced Excel and automation tools (Power Query, VBA, Power Pivot, Power Automate).Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP and Power BI data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement of financial systems.Supervise, analyze, coordinate, report, automate, and collaborate to maximize financial efficiency and support INSUD PHARMA's commercial strategy.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Controller or Commercial Controller, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.Proven expertise in profitability analysis, gross‑to‑net calculations, and working across multi‑currency international markets.Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, Master’s in Finance) and/or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CIMA) highly valued.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automation tools (Power Query, VBA, Power Pivot, Power Automate).Experience with SAP platforms (Business Objects, BPC, Analytics Cloud) and Power BI is a plus.Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.Exceptional analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.BenefitsPermanent contractFlexible working hoursPrivate health insuranceProfessional development and continuous training1 or 2 virtual or onsite interviews with HR and the finance teamAt INSUD PHARMA, we promote gender equality and guarantee an inclusive work environment free from discrimination based on ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other personal or social condition.#J-18808-Ljbffr
