At ING we are looking for Martech Data Engineer Your role and work environment: We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Martech Data Engineer to join our Engagement Funnel Team of Customer Interactions Tribe and Brand Experience CoE The responsibility of this team is to implement a next gen Engagement funnel Platform stack, providing scalability and hyper-personalization to our customers, and our way of working is hybrid. We operate according to a Biz-Dev Ops development process and strongly believe in the Agile approach delivering IT solutions. The focus is on high-quality mission-critical target-oriented development with regular milestones. Feature delivery is driven by the priorities determined by the Business and Product Owners, working on a day-to-day basis with the IT organization. Your key responsibilities: As a Martech Data Engineer you will: Positively contribute to the successful migration of our legacy marketing automation platform to Adobe Experience Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum business value. Co-create innovative solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing workflows and enhance customer engagement through advanced automation capabilities. Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance throughout the migration process, while implementing best practices for scalability and future growth. (e.g. Customer Journey Analytics or Adobe Analytics) Basics on: Java, Spring, Microservices patterns and practices, Docker, Openshift/Kubernets.
