Lead Consultant - Supply Chain (German speakers) Celonis Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain Role Overview Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence technology. We are looking for a Lead Consultant to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation and support Celonis’s international expansion. Key Responsibilities The role is organized around three phases: Initiate, Implement, Adopt. Initiate Play a key role in the Celonis implementation project to deliver optimal solutions for customers. Design innovative analyses and operational apps, enriching them with Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence. Use Celonis technology to identify process inefficiencies, understand root causes, and collaborate closely with customers. Implement Conduct value workshops to develop business cases and align measures to improve process inefficiencies. Quantify business and financial potential and present findings to management. Implement Process Automation technology to speed up customer processes, drive value, and improve process conformance. Adopt Implement the most relevant KPIs measuring customer success. Ensure enablement of the customer to continuously improve processes. Set the foundation of the path to value for long‑term success. Qualifications +7 years of experience in IT‑consulting, management consulting, process improvement or a related area. Experience with supply‑chain processes. Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab…) and strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining. Strong communication skills in Spanish, English, and German, with ability to interact with diverse customers. Dedicated, visionary, willing to drive Celonis technology forward. Excellent analytical skills, well‑organised, and quick learner. Business acumen is a plus for understanding client needs and delivering impact‑driven recommendations. Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information‑oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable program.
