DESCRIPTION

The Twitch Account Executive will work with a set list of Twitch Advertisers in Spain and support growth of Twitch's advertising revenue for the region.

We are looking for a collaborative, client-focused, energetic and creative senior sales executive with experience selling media in the video space to agencies and clients directly. A storyteller with a proven track record in brand and creative—you will be a crucial member of a growing sales team that provides outstanding advertising solutions to our clients. You will report to the Head of Sales, Amazon Ads Spain, representing Twitch Advertising's goals and customer priorities in all endeavors and working with the Amazon Ad Sales team to ensure coverage, coordination, and an excellent client experience for our partners.

You will work with a list of advertising partners at both clients and agencies to grow Twitch's presence in the market and increase our revenue.

Twitch is a high-growth business, and this role must be visible in the market and internally to help build momentum for the Twitch brand. You will be a Twitch expert and partner with the Amazon Advertising team to represent Twitch in the marketplace.

Key job responsibilities
  1. You will be a Twitch ambassador and act as an expert within the space to our clients, agencies, and internal partners at Amazon Advertising.
  2. Grow ad revenue, and when possible, exceed goals through creative solutions.
  3. Work with existing and potential clients to determine their needs and create a Twitch-centric ad sales solution.
  4. Endeavor to exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
  5. Manage advertiser pipeline.
  6. Secure strategic level relationships with senior client contacts within the account list.
  7. Collaborate with sales teams to uncover best practices and opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Deep knowledge of and relationships within the digital advertising industry with a track record of success at driving top sales results.
  2. Exceptionally robust analytical thinker from a leading publisher/broadcaster, marketing organization, or sophisticated interactive advertising agency.
  3. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies, tactics, plans, processes, systems, and programs.
  4. Experience selling digital video, TV, audio, and/or online media.
  5. Ability to communicate a large offering of solutions with a focus on OTT, video, audio, and third-party measurement solutions.
  6. Can thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments with solid organization, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in both English and Spanish.
  7. Bachelor's degree.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Extensive years of experience selling advertising or advertising-like services.
  2. Historical deep relationships with agencies and clients.
  3. Ability to work cross-functionally with a wide range of employees with different skill sets.
  4. Able to utilize sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar programs.
  5. Digital media sales, consulting, or brand management experience.
  6. Digital sales experience specific to Video and Audio solutions is a plus.
