Funciones principales Priorización y mantenimiento del Backlog Entender la evolución del producto mediante el análisis y comprensión de los indicadores de negocio siendo capaz de proponer funcionalidades que permitan mejorar Decidir y comunicar las prioridades al equipo Trabajar con todo el equipo en el día a día para lograr los objetivos, principalmente coordinado con la figura de Scrum Master Detectar oportunidades y áreas de mejora para proponer nuevas Features con las que evolucionar el producto Technical Skills Conocimiento de la metodología SAFe Capacidad analítica : saber interpretar los datos para tomar decisiones Planificación y priorización : gestionar las prioridades de manera efectiva Business awareness (conciencia empresarial) : capacidad de comprender qué hace que una empresa, una organización y un equipo tengan éxito Personal Skills Con buena capacidad lógica y de aprendizaje. Con habilidades comunicativas : persona empática y con facilidad en la interlocución con distintas áreas y perfiles de la compañía. Con flexibilidad y versatilidad ante los cambios y diferentes contextos en los que trabaje. Con capacidad para resolver problemas. Requirements Conocimiento de la metodología SAFe Licenciatura / Grado ADE, Estadística, Derecho etc..
