We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer who would like to grow with us As a Software Engineer for the AI Agents team at Bynder, you will be part of a cross-functional product team that owns a customer-facing product. You will work closely together with Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, DevOps Engineers, UI/UX Engineers, and Product Managers in the same team. What will you do: Create a technical vision to bring Bynder's platform and our way of working to the next level. Write and maintain code, leading by example - mostly Java-based. Work closely with product managers to build the product our users need. Uphold best engineering practices. Mentor less experienced colleagues. Solicit and offer honest, constructive, direct, and actionable feedback - to help others learn and grow. What will you bring as a Software Engineer: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering. Experience in developing and shipping a large-scale web application. Experience implementing highly available distributed systems/microservices. Experience building scalable backend APIs. Experience working with databases - relational and non-relational. Experience working with agile methodologies. Experience with Automated Testing. Experience with Continuous Delivery. Bonuses: Knowledge of AI technologies or willingness to learn.
