We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead our Ambassador Program across Italy, Portugal, Germany, and France – driving recruitment, engagement, and performance while building strong, lasting relationships with our ambassadors.Reporting to: Affiliate ManagerCollaborates with: Country Managers + ES Ambassador Program Project ManagerLanguages: English required + IT/PT/DE/FR (plus)Location: BarcelonaWhat You’ll Do Ambassador Program Management (60%): Lead the end-to-end strategy, recruitment, and operations, including onboarding, product seeding, and ambassador engagement.Identify and recruit content creators with high engagement and brand-aligned aesthetics.Be fully responsible for scaling the MiiN Cosmetics Ambassador Program across the IT, PT, DE, and FR markets.Drive ambassador engagement and continuous promotion through training sessions, trend sharing, new brand launches, workshops, community activities, and incentive campaigns.Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding promotions, new products, coupon codes, and campaigns.Content Tracking & Quality Control (20%): Monitor ambassador content to ensure frequency, quality, and brand alignment.Partner with creators who deliver meaningful engagement and results.Reporting & Analytics (20%): Track performance metrics: sales, traffic, ROI, conversion rates, and costs.Ensure correct attribution and voucher setup in Awin.Minimum Requirements 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, ambassador programs, or community management (experience in beauty/K-Beauty is a huge plus).Fluent English + at least one of: Italian, Portuguese, German, or French (additional languages are a strong plus).Clear and effective communicator capable of conveying projects, promotions, and key messages in a straightforward, relatable way.Relationship-builder who naturally connects with influencers, teams, and communities.Organized and results-driven, with strong project management skills.Good To Have Previous experience in an influencer marketing agency.Strong knowledge of K-Beauty: trends, brands, ingredients, and products.What we offer Be part of a fast-growing, innovative company in the heart of Barcelona with a hybrid work model.Permanent contract with immediate incorporation.Multicultural, dynamic, and creative work environment.Opportunities for growth and professional development.Exclusive employee discounts on MiiN products.Competitive private health insurance options.If you’re passionate about K-Beauty, influencer marketing, and building thriving communities, we want to hear from you.
