Role As an Engagement Director, you will lead multi-stream client programs and be the primary point of contact for key accounts. Your mission is to ensure outstanding delivery, strong client partnerships, and strategic alignment with business objectives. You will directly manage Engagement Managers and provide hands-on support across delivery, stakeholder management, and business development initiatives. Responsibilities Lead and oversee complex, multi-stream AI and data-driven engagements, ensuring alignment with client needs, business goals, and expected ROI. Provide strategic direction and proactive problem-solving to project teams, monitor project health, and drive high client satisfaction (CSat ≥ 4.5). Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-Level executives, acting as a trusted advisor and value creator.
