Accenture is seeking a highly skilled AI Hybrid Cloud Architect Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AI technologies, cloud platforms, and advanced development frameworks, coupled with customer acumen, leadership skills, and experience in preparing proposals. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions to drive business transformation for large customers and multinational organizations. Key Responsibilities IA/GenAI/Agentic: Design and implement AI solutions leveraging public and private cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle, etc.). Orchestrate multi-agent frameworks and large language models. Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, embeddings, and vector databases. Utilize AI/data science platforms, MLOps tools, and NLP pipelines to deliver scalable AI solutions. Demonstrate customer acumen and leadership in client engagements, ensuring alignment with business needs. Prepare and present proposals to clients, showcasing innovative AI solutions tailored to their requirements. Stay updated on market trends in cloud, AI, and on-premises data centers to provide strategic insights. Automation and Orchestration: Develop and integrate advanced Python-based backend APIs. Deploy containerized solutions using Kubernetes, service mesh, and CI/CD automation. Architect hybrid cloud infrastructure technologies, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. Leverage expertise in IT Operations (ITOPS) and infrastructure managed services to optimize performance and reliability. Provide leadership and collaboration with delivery teams and clients, including hands-on delivery and technical/presales support in proposals. English proficiency at C1 level or higher. Key Strengths & Skills At least 5 years of experience architecting hybrid cloud infrastructure technologies. At least 3 years of experience in AI and automation. Expertise in hybrid cloud platforms with relevant certifications. Proficiency in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, embeddings, and vector databases. Strong knowledge of containerized deployments (Kubernetes), service mesh, and CI/CD automation. Familiarity with AI/data science platforms, MLOps tools, and NLP pipelines. Knowledge of market trends in cloud, AI, and on-premises data centers. Advanced Python development and backend API integration. Experience with multi-agent frameworks and large language model orchestration. Knowledge of Ansible Automation, Azure DevOps, Rundeck, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS. Experience with IT Operations (ITOPS) and infrastructure managed services. Exceptional customer acumen and experience in preparing proposals. Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and drive innovation. Experience working with large customers and multinational organizations. Strong soft skills: communication, collaboration, client engagement; hands-on delivery with clients and technical/presales support in proposals. Qualifications Proven experience in AI architecture and development. Relevant certifications in cloud platforms and AI technologies. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
