Featured in Vogue, Women's Health, and Evening Standard.We're a small, family-run business in full growth mode, building proper foundations for scale.The RoleYou'll own our ClickUp workspace, manage team workload, and ensure projects are delivered on time across marketing, creative, and operations.Working directly with the founders, you'll build the project management infrastructure we need to scale. That means managing workloads, creating templates, writing SOPs, building dashboards, and setting up automations that keep everyone aligned and accountable.This isn't a passive coordination role. You're the person who keeps the team on track and pushes work forward proactively when things get stuck.What You'll Be DoingOwn and maintain our ClickUp workspace as the single source of truthManage project documentation, timelines, and task trackingBuild templates, dashboards, and automations that scale with the businessWrite clear SOPs and document processes for recurring workflowsManage team workload across marketing, creative, and operationsKeep the team on track and hold people accountable to deadlinesBreak down large projects into clear, actionable tasksCoordinate with founders, creative, marketing, and external partnersRun weekly check-ins to maintain momentum and surface blockersConduct quality assurance (QA) before launching new campaignsWhat We're Looking ForProven track record in managing e-commerce or marketing projectsExpert-level proficiency in ClickUp (templates, dashboards, automations)Proven experience writing SOPs and building processes from scratchStrong project management skills, with the ability to drive projects from inception to completionStrong track record of managing team workload and keeping people on trackExceptionally organised with obsessive attention to detailConfident communicator who can hold people accountable professionallySelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyExperience with e-commerce platforms – preferably ShopifyNice to HaveExperience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n)Experience in health, wellness, or supplements brandsWhy This RoleDirect collaboration with foundersOpportunity to build systems from the ground upFully remote with flexible hoursPaid time off including UK
