Collect, organize, and analyze data to support process mapping and decision-making. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to project implementation. Assist in user testing, feedback collection, and incident tracking during tool deployment. Maintain updated documentation and project records in shared platforms. Research tools, trends, and best practices in educational technology and process improvement. Provide administrative support to the Associate Director and ensure effective communication among teams. Key Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
