Both parents are artists who work from home and deeply value a child-led approach to parenting. The family is looking for someone warm, patient, and knowledgeable with strong experience caring for newborns and toddlers. The nanny will provide full-time care, focusing on the baby’s developmental milestones and health. Expertise in early infant care is essential, particularly in feeding, daily routines, and sensory stimulation. The nanny will collaborate closely with the parents to develop and monitor a tailored developmental plan, regularly discussing and adjusting strategies as the baby’s needs evolve.
