Must Have: +3 years of experience and hands-on knowledge in the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules. Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems via APIs (REST and SOAP). Official ServiceNow certifications in at least one of the mentioned modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM). Effective communication skills in oral and written English and Spanish (C1 or similar). Strong analytical, synthesis, and critical thinking skills. Ability to take responsibility and focus on objectives. What Will You Do? Implement and customize workflows, incident, problem, change, request management, and service catalog within ITSM. Configure case management modules, self-service portals, and integrate with third-party tools within CSM. Utilize ITOM capabilities for Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration, and external system integration for automation. Develop custom integrations using Python. Implement automated workflows with ServiceNow Flow Designer. Communicate effectively and apply analytical skills to solve problems. Manage projects and meet objectives responsibly. Why Us?
