An international company WW, a provider of international education, with offices across the worl is looking for a Head of Digital Product. Digital vision and planning: Develop and manage the long-term product vision for our digital portfolio, backed by a strong product strategy. Recognise the needs of different areas of the business, from Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance – and ensure the needs of these groups are recognised in your product strategy. Analysis and Insights: Be data and metric focused, ensuring benefits of deliverables are always measurable and drive clear impact against outcomes. Partner with IT to manage roadmap and backlog for all digital products, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation. Lead across functional team of digital professionals focused on the delivery of the digital portfolio. Ensure a strong, clear, and fluid communication channel with our senior stakeholder groups. Several years of experience working in a similar position, leading a small team of Product Manager/Owners Solid experience in a digital environment, with a record of achieving strong outcomes, particularly around lead generation and conversion optimization. Demonstrable experience delivering CMS efficiencies, including migrations, component libraries, and related initiatives. Experience working with and managing Senior stakeholders – preferably at Director or C-level. Experience in running A/B testing programs. Experience working with remote development teams.
