With international teams and a strong focus on innovation, they are currently undergoing a key strategic transformation to modernize and optimize their internal systems. To support this major initiative, they are looking for a senior, autonomous professional capable of delivering value from day one. We are looking to hire a: Senior Dynamics NAV / Business Central Developer (C/AL, AL, Integrations, Finance Module) What will you do? • Design, develop and test new functionality across Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, including custom modules and system granules. • Convert functional requirements into technical specifications, design documents, and clear development plans. • Work closely with cross‐functional teams (Finance, Technology, Reporting) to understand needs and propose efficient technical solutions. • Configure and upgrade NAV/BC systems, including service packs, hotfixes, and version improvements. • Perform unit testing and ensure high‐quality deliverables prior to UAT. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system issues, ensuring stability and performance. • Develop integrations using APIs and Web Services, enabling communication with external platforms and applications. • Build and maintain RDLC reports and support team members with system insights. • Deliver technical solutions that automate processes and help the business operate more efficiently. • Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to align system capabilities with business strategy. What profile are we looking for? • 5+ years of hands‐on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central. • Strong development skills in C/AL and AL languages. • Solid knowledge of Finance modules and core business logic. • Experience with APIs, Web Services, and integrations between systems. • Ability to design and optimize RDLC reports. • Knowledge of Jet Reports, SQL, or .NET is considered a strong plus. • Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. • Strong organizational and time‐management abilities, with the autonomy to manage multiple tasks. • A passion for delivering business value through technology. Common Requirements • Technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or similar). • Experience in ERP, backend, or system development environments. • Ability to collaborate with international and multidisciplinary teams.
