This is your opportunityYour mission will be: Shift work in the Packaging Plant to ensure control over people and processes.Main Responsibilities Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant's facilities and equipment.Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant's facilities and equipment.Ensure the safety of people and facilities.Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance.Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.Qualifications & Offer Teamwork.Professionalism.Continuous Training with annual Training Plans.Flexibility: Flexible working hours and annual vacations.Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered).Leadership and people management skills.Good social and communication skills.
