Overview We are looking for an SAP SD Application Manager to provide end-to-end support, ensure smooth daily operations, and continuously improve our SAP landscape. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to maintain, optimize, and evolve SAP SD processes within a modern, digital, and innovation-driven environment.Responsibilities Application Management: Provide 1st and 2nd level support for the SAP SD module and related processes; ensure smooth daily operations and resolve functional issuesIncident & Change Management: Handle incidents and service requests from analysis to resolution; manage change requests and support implementation activitiesSystem Optimization: Identify opportunities for process and system improvements; align SAP solutions with evolving business requirementsSystem Monitoring & Maintenance: Proactively monitor system performance and ensure data consistency; troubleshoot issues and maintain stable system operationsCollaboration: Work closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers; contribute to a seamless end-to-end process perspective across the IT landscapeEnd-to-End Solution Design: Deliver support services using a holistic view of business processes and system architectureArtificial Intelligence & Modern Technologies: Support IT solutions leveraging AI and machine learning functionalitiesDocumentation & Training: Prepare user manuals and process documentation; conduct training sessions for key users and internal teamsContinuous Improvement: Stay up to date with SAP innovations and propose functional enhancementsRequirements SAP Expertise Experience with SAP SD (MM integration is a plus)Understanding of cross-module processes and dependenciesKnowledge of SAP S/4HANA is an advantageEducation Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related fieldExperience 1+ years of experience in SD Application ManagementTechnical Skills Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; experience in incident, service request, and change managementSoft Skills Excellent communication abilities; structured, solution-oriented working approachLanguages Fluent English; German is a plusWhat We Offer Flexible working time models & mobile working optionsOpportunities for professional and personal developmentSupportive teams and a digital, modern working environmentStability within a crisis-proof industry#J-18808-Ljbffr
