We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our data & insights team. Your primary responsibility will be to support business stakeholders with clear and actionable insights using Power Bi/Metabase. You'll play a key role in helping our teams make smarter decisions based on real data. Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Power Bi/Metabase. Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to provide insights and performance tracking Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance, and platform trends Assist in A/B testing and experiment evaluation Ensure data quality and help optimize internal reporting processes A degree in a relevant field (e.g. statistics, computer science, economics, or related) Experience with Power Bi/Metabase (personal projects or internships are welcome) Good knowledge of SQL Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a data-driven environment Fluent in Spanish and English; Dutch or French is a plus Full training and guidance from our team.
