We are active in the global fixed income, rates, foreign exchange, equity derivatives, credit derivatives, futures, and structured product markets, offering a full range of brokerage services including price discovery, trade execution, straight through processing and clearing and settlement and access to electronic trading services.Position Overview:As a Junior Broker , you will play a vital role in assisting trading operations and client support in Rates Futures and Options markets . You have a strong interest in developing your knowledge of financial products, market trends, and trading systems. The role will be based in Madrid (Spain) for 6 months, thereafter will be based in Paris (France) where you will receive extensive training and mentorship from our team members.Key Responsibilities:Execute trades on behalf of clients in futures and options markets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Utilise advanced quantitative skills, and market research ability to identify profitable trading opportunities.Assist and support clients at all stages of trade cycle.Monitor market trends, financial news, trading events potentially impacting our client’s positions.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.Previous Front office experience (3 - 6 months) in sales, brokerage, trading support, or financial services is beneficial.Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives products, and trading strategies.French speaker would be beneficial but not essentialExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets in a fast-paced,competitive environment.Ability to think critically and to take initiative.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.Proficiency in trading platforms and market analysis tools, such as Bloomberg
