Team-oriented culture with continuous collaboration Career development in a fast-growing SAP-focused tech environment Friendly, inclusive, and dynamic workplace What we're looking for: Proactive, eager-to-learn individual Strong English skills (mandatory), German is a big plus Responsibilities: Support with administrative tasks: time tracking, planning, and follow-up Update and monitor planning in RAMP Track current utilization and future planning of consultants Assist with methodology and PMO tasks Support marketing and digital communication Create content for social media (corporate images and copywriting) Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role and basic administrative knowledge Clear oral and written communication skills Fluent in English and Spanish (German is a plus) Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Share Point Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently in an international environment Must be based in Barcelona (flexible smart working, not fully remote) If you're looking for a dynamic role in a collaborative environment, we'd love to meet you Send us your CV and join our team.
