Job Description We are looking to strengthen our IT SecFinance team with a Functional Analyst who combines strong business knowledge with hands-on project experience, ideally including prior exposure to Murex . Location: Madrid, Spain Set up: Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Design, create, and enhance operational processes for SecFinance. Develop a global perspective to adapt processes across different regions. Drive non-IT projects on behalf of the business. Streamline internal procedures and improve operational efficiency. Enhance reporting to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders. Support data collection and preparation for management presentations. Act as the main point of contact for Compliance, Legal, Audit , and other internal stakeholders. Assist with functional analysis and improvements in the Murex booking model for SecFinance operations. Qualifications Candidate Profile: Senior professional with 10+ years of experience . Strong operational skills with prior banking experience, preferably in SecFinance or similar areas. Proven experience leading or supporting business and IT projects. Knowledge of Murex is a strong advantage. Excellent English communication skills to work effectively across multiple geographies, including Poland. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of driving change in a complex environment. We believe that someone with deep operational expertise and previous banking experience would thrive in this role and help us work more effectively with our Operations teams.
