Drive campaign management and accelerate growth
As a Senior Specialist, you will be part of a strong Paid Search team that works closely together and shares a passion for Paid Search. Our focus is on delivering high-impact solutions in collaboration with our clients, combining the latest technology, expert advice, deep business understanding, and execution from A-Z.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Creating Paid Search strategies for clients that align with broader marketing and business goals
  2. Planning, setting up and optimizing campaigns, where it comes naturally to you to identify development opportunities
  3. Ensuring campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs
  4. Managing budgets and being responsible for informing clients about insights and recommendations
  5. Staying updated on industry trends and new products to maintain a competitive edge
  6. Contributing to the professional development of the team and across s360
  7. Initiating and executing new templates and processes that optimize workflows

This is you
We are looking for an inspiring and results-driven person who has 3+ years of experience in paid search, preferably within an agency. It is required that you can speak and understand Danish and English fluently.

Furthermore, you are:

  1. Passionate about how challenges are solved using the latest tools, and you keep up to date with trends
  2. A problem solver who takes pride in meeting your deadlines
  3. A strong interpersonal communicator with transparent and direct engagement across teams and stakeholders
  4. Independent, proactive, and thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment
  5. Eager to identify business opportunities with both new and existing clients
  6. Able to see the bigger picture while maintaining attention to detail
  7. Interested in the digital marketing and paid search landscape
  8. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have hands-on experience with data analysis for optimizing campaigns, including platforms like Google Ads
  9. A team player who understands the importance of collaboration and knowledge sharing

You must have the legal right to work in Spain to be considered for this position.
