Job Description: REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or electromechanical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years experience in automotive industry with focus on manufacturing processes. Six Sigma Black Belt preferred. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to lead a team. Problem resolution skills. Conflict resolution skills. Planning, task orientation, results orientation. Experienced in computer application software, including MS applications. Knowledge of PPAP process, GD&T and MSA.
