Overview Global Project Coordinator – Finance & Compliance, Barcelona Client: Forvis Mazars Group Location: Barcelona, Spain Job Category: Other Job Description Are you an accounting professional (ideally with experience in a Big 4 or similar firm) looking to broaden your impact by shaping how we win and deliver accounting services to global clients? Join our Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team and help shape how we deliver our global solutions to multinational clients. About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who brings solid finance or accounting expertise and excels in coordination and project execution—ideally with experience in a Big Four or professional services environment. Your Mission Support the onboarding and delivery of global GCR engagements by coordinating proposal and transition activities, monitoring KPIs and performance data, and ensuring technical alignment across countries and service lines. You\'ll help build scalable delivery frameworks that enhance client experience and internal efficiency. Your activities Coordinate the preparation and submission of commercial proposals and RFPs for multinational clients Manage input gathering from local country teams and technical experts across service lines Prepare clear, high-quality materials for both client-facing proposals and internal presentations Lead and support the transition process for accounting and compliance services—from client handover to hypercare phase Monitor and report on delivery performance metrics, helping identify process improvements and risk areas Your profile Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial compliance, or project coordination (ideally in a professional services firm or Big Four) Good understanding of accounting / reporting processes, financial controls, and compliance obligations Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail Excellent communication and writing skills; able to summarize complex topics clearly and professionally Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international setting Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus Nice-to-have : Experience in client onboarding or proposal coordination What do we offer Permanent full-time contract Health & life insurance International and young environment Fruit, coffee and snack always available at our office Inclusion and Diversity At Forvis Mazars we are committed to guaranteeing that in our recruitment processes no person will be discriminated against for reasons of gender, age, ethnicity or nationality, religious convictions, or sexual orientation.
