In Spain, we are expanding our Data Intelligence team with driven and detail-oriented professionals who want to contribute to our global success. Your role as CRM & Marketing Data Assistant You will support our lead generation and acquisitions teams by ensuring the accuracy of our databases, managing campaigns, and preparing reports that help drive results. Your work will directly impact the effectiveness of our marketing and sales efforts, giving you a front-row seat to the growth of our business. Key responsibilities Support the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns (email, mailing, SMS/WhatsApp). Track and report campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Process ticket requests from the Acquisitions team, ensuring timely and accurate data updates. Maintain and update contact databases, including routing inbound calls and managing lead records. Prepare weekly activity and performance reports. Validate, clean, and correct data to ensure CRM accuracy. Provide administrative and project support for marketing events, translations, and collateral. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in marketing, data management, or administrative support. Familiarity with CRM systems (Ms Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across departments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. C1 Spanish & B2+ English proficiency.
