As part of our strategic growth initiatives, we are focused on expanding our retail network into additional high-potential markets across Europe, continuing to strengthen our brand's position in the region.For more information, please visit and our LinkedIn Career page.What to ExpectPOP MART is a boutique-sized company with a young and multicultural team where you can expect to:- Gain valuable professional experience covering the entire retail life cycle- Have the opportunity to work with people from different countries and cultures in a collaborative environment- Receive structured customer service, retail operations and product training- Be proactively involved in the company’s growthBenefitsPOP MART offers our employees:- Selected POP MART toys as appreciation gifts every month- A structured bonus in line with the company’s and the individual’s performance- Comprehensive training and development programs- Regular team social events- Corporate Discounts- Employee Assistance ProgramThe Role and CandidateWe are seeking a Country/Cluster Merchandiser - Southern Europe (Spain Market) to play a pivotal role in representing countrylevel product and assortment requirements.Key responsibilities include:- Developing and owning countrylevel forecasts, product ranging, and replenishment to stores- Optimising POP MART’s inventory management and actively maintaining high stock accuracy- Overseeing lastmile deliveries (from warehouse to stores) across the Spanish market- Managing merchandise transfers and maintaining internal order management systems- Conducting data analysis to support efficient retail operations- Working crossfunctionally to maintain stock accuracy and ensure alignment across departmentsThis position will focus on the Spain market and reports directly to the Head of Country Cluster Merchandising.More Responsibilities- Develop and maintain SKUlevel monthly rolling demand forecasts to support accurate replenishment and sales planning- Define and allocate appropriate assortments from RDC/LDC to local stores based on sales trends and store requirements- Manage the local product launch calendar in coordination with internal teams, ensuring timely execution- Oversee merchandise transfers and daily operations between stores and warehouses- Maintain internal data and ordering systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency- Work crossfunctionally with retail, logistics, visual merchandising, and the regional head office to ensure smooth operations and stock accuracy- Participate in quarterly and annual inventory counts, ensuring effective stock management- Conduct data analysis and provide regular reports and summaries to support decisionmaking- Handle operational emergencies and adhoc tasks, resolving issues quickly and effectively, particularly those related to lastmile deliveries- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks- Undertake other responsibilities as required according to project needsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a related field- Commercially driven, with the ability to manage largescale business planning and crossfunctional collaboration- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant work experience- Proficiency in the MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and data analysis tools- Fluency in English and ideally Spanish, both spoken and written- Strong sense of ownership of responsibilities, with the ability to collaborate crossfunctionally and propose optimisation initiatives where appropriate- Excellent multitasking skills, with the ability to stay on top of multiple priorities and deliver on time- Detailoriented, with the ability to solve problems quickly and handle operational emergencies effectively- Highly selfmotivated, with the ability to work independently when requiredDesirable but Not Essential- Experience in the toy industry or retail sector- Familiarity with the Western European retail landscape and logistics operations- Experience with inventory and order management software or ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
