Join our team and grow with usYour mission Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:Act as a change ambassador in the After-Sales area, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and motivated to embrace new processes.Drive the successful integration of new systems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce) into KION Iberia’s organizational structure, including distributors.Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), contributing process knowledge to shape technological solutions.Test and validate business processes within the new systems to ensure a smooth and effective implementation.Act as the communication link with end-users, providing guidance and support throughout the transition.Train and empower employees, ensuring proper knowledge
