To make that possible, we are looking for a Director of Learning Design & Training Systems to join our Academic team and work side by side with our Academic Director and CEO in shaping how learning happens across the company. This is not a role to “keep things running”. It is a role to build and improve the way education works inside Coonerang. What you will be working on: Your focus will be on turning our academic vision into a clear, solid and scalable system. Together with the Academic Director and the CEO, you will: Develop and refine our teaching methodology Design how teachers are trained, supported and evaluated Improve consistency and quality across centres Align books, digital tools and assessments with what really happens in the classroom The goal is simple: to make sure that learning at Coonerang works well today, and can work even better as we grow. Who this role is for: This role is for someone who enjoys: Building structure where there is complexity Turning good ideas into practical systems Working with people, not just documents Being part of a project that is growing and evolving You may come from learning design, teacher training, academic management or educational product development — what matters most is that you know how to build and improve learning systems . What we offer: A full-time, permanent role Hybrid working model (Madrid area) Initial salary of 1,500 € -1900 € gross/month , with room to grow A position with real influence over how education is delivered The opportunity to grow with the company as the project expands Requirements: Experience in learning design, academic coordination, teacher training or similar A structured, organised and reliable way of working High level of English (native or near-native) Right to work in Spain If you want to help design and grow an education project, not just operate within one, we would be happy to speak with you.
