The team has a clear mandate to scale Word of Mouth, referrals, sharing mechanics, and lifecycle-driven growth in a sustainable and measurable way.You’ll join a lean, high-impact PLG team and report directly to the Sr. Analytics & Product Led Growth Manager, working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data teams, CRM, SEO, Localization, and other Growth partners across the company.This is a high-visibility role with real ownership, where you’ll drive analytics, experimentation insights, and operational execution across PLG, Discounting, and Expansion initiatives — directly influencing prioritization, strategy, and roadmap decisions.If you enjoy working close to product, diving deep into data, and collaborating across functions to unlock growth opportunities, this team offers the chance to make a tangible impact on how Preply scales globally.What you’ll be doing Own PLG, Discounting, and Lifecycle analytics and reporting against business targets.Deliver deep-dive analyses to evaluate product experiments, lifecycle initiatives, and incentive strategies.Partner with Product and Engineering to support experimentation design, measurement, and readouts.Drive the operational execution of PLG and Discounting experiments end-to-end (setup, monitoring, analysis).Collaborate with Data teams to define metrics, improve data models, and ensure tracking accuracy.Work cross-functionally with CRM, SEO, Localization, and other Growth teams on Expansion and lifecycle initiatives.Translate insights into clear recommendations that inform prioritization, roadmap discussions, and strategy.What you need to succeed 5+ years of experience in analytics, growth, strategy, or operations roles within B2C tech, marketplaces, or digital productsStrong analytical foundation, with hands-on experience using SQL and BI / product analytics tools (Looker, Amplitude, or similar)Proven ability to turn complex data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-makingExperience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams in fast-paced environmentsHigh ownership mindset: comfortable driving projects independently from problem definition to impact measurementStrong communication skills and stakeholder management abilitiesWhy you’ll love it at Preply: An open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture;A generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, Learning & Development budget and time off for your self-development;A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance;Not in Barcelona?
