As the company continues to grow its international presence, we are looking for a PR and Events Manager to lead our communications visibility and industry engagement.Se anima a todos los posibles solicitantes a que se desplacen y lean la descripción completa del puesto antes de presentar su candidatura.This role sits at the heart of our brand storytelling, responsible for shaping how Boatsters Black is perceived across media, events, and strategic partnerships worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesPublic RelationsDevelop and execute PR strategies aligned with company objectives and key milestonesManage relationships with international media, journalists, editors, and industry platformsCoordinate press releases, interviews, features, and media placements across yachting, luxury, and business pressWork closely with internal teams to identify strong stories around sales, new builds, fleet additions, innovation, and eventsEnsure consistent brand voice and messaging across all external communicationsEvents and Industry PresencePlan, coordinate, and execute Boatsters Black’s participation at major international yacht shows and industry eventsOrganize private client events, partner activations, press gatherings, and bespoke brand experiencesManage event timelines, logistics, budgets, suppliers, and on-site executionCoordinate guest lists, invitations, follow-ups, and post-event communicationsRepresent Boatsters Black professionally during events when requiredBrand and PartnershipsSupport strategic collaborations with shipyards, designers, partners, and luxury brandsAlign PR and events with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure maximum impactIdentify new opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and positioning globallyProfile We Are Looking ForProven experience in PR, communications, or events management, ideally within yachting, luxury, lifestyle, or related industriesStrong international media network and understanding of editorial processesExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
