En la actualidad, BETWEEN cuenta con un equipo de 800 personas trabajando en los ámbitos de la industria del automóvil, aeronáutica, ferrocarril, Oil&Gas;, retail, mundo del deporte, educación, etc. Estamos buscando un Engineering Manager experimentado para unirse a nuestro equipo. Esta es una posición estratégica dentro de nuestras diversas verticales,
donde jugarás un papel esencial en la implementación y optimización de nuestras metodologías de trabajo y en la coordinación de objetivos a nivel departamental.
- Entrega de valor y planificación: Asegurar la entrega de valor a nuestros clientes. Gestionar dependencias, riesgos y bloqueos del equipo cuando sea necesario.
- People Care: Responsable de la salud del equipo, de mantener una cultura de mejora continua y de velar por el crecimiento de los miembros del equipo.
- Ciclo de desarrollo: Liderar y optimizar el ciclo de vida de desarrollo. Definir la estructura de los equipos, liderar los procesos de selección y onboarding.
- Excelencia operacional: Preocupación por la excelencia operacional de tus sistemas y su rendimiento en producción. Identificar y liderar mejoras de calidad en las áreas que lo necesiten.
- Comunicación: Liderar la estrategia de comunicación del equipo, interna y con otros equipos: OKRs, performance, roadmap, KPIs, Costes.
Como Engineering Manager , serás responsable de gestionar un equipo de desarrollo de software. Gestionarás aspectos técnicos, asegurando la implementación de las mejores prácticas y la resolución de problemas complejos. Además, supervisarás la entrega de proyectos, coordinando con otras áreas para garantizar la alineación con los objetivos del negocio y la entrega puntual de productos de alta calidad.
