If so, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunityWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical M&A Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our M&A activities across the entire deal lifecycle. What you will do:Source and Analyze New Investment Opportunities:Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector. Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis to assess potential deal synergies and financial viability. Evaluate potential risks associated with target companies and transactions. Prepare detailed investment memorandums and other deal documentation. Support Deal Execution:Assist in due diligence activities, including financial, legal, and operational analysis. Develop and present compelling investment theses to internal stakeholders. Support the negotiation of transaction terms, including deal structure, valuation, and financing. Manage deal processes and timelines, ensuring smooth execution. Post-Merger Integration:Develop and implement integration plans to ensure successful post-merger value creation. Monitor and analyze the performance of acquired companies after the closing. Who you are:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering , Economics, or a related field 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, or a related field (prior M&A experience strongly preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex financial models and data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior management, deal teams, and external advisors A strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies A passion for the M&A field and a strong desire to learn and grow BENEFITS & PERKS Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance.
