ManagerPromote coordination with CLIENT to ensure HSES KPI criteria (Project Smart Objectives) and expectations are met.Monitor HSES targets for the project through HSES KPI’s.Along with the Training Coordinator, follow the proper implementation of the HSES training matrix and campaign programs.Review and arrange for the provision of project HSES personal protection equipment.Forecast, schedule and supervise the work of the HSES team.Participate in periodic HSES Walkthroughs or lead them in conjunction with the Site Manager.Supervise project/site HSES reporting and manage the acquisition, maintenance and dissemination of HSES data and statistics.In case of an accident, ensure first aid and evacuation are properly carried out.Report immediately to the Site Manager, HO Construction Department and HO HSE Manager.Lead incident investigation teams and assist in the coordination of accident investigations.Review all project/site accidents, issuing safety alerts and lessons learned.Help review and write Project Procedures, Job Safety Analysis and Method Statements.Lead HSE meetings with construction contractors and all parties.Demonstrate HSE ownership, leadership and awareness to subcontractor organisations, promoting safe behaviour and supporting incentive and discipline initiatives.Participate in HSE Committee, Steering Committee meetings and present proper reports and data evaluations.Coordinate job‑site security matters with the Administration Manager and Security Manager (if foreseen).Organise safety awareness campaigns.Promote communication on all HSE matters (awards, incentives, meeting/inspection/audit reports).Promote the application of incentives and disciplinary measures when necessary.As Project HSE ManagerCoordinate with CLIENT to set HSES KPI criteria and expectations.Coordinate and interface with multi‑centres and multi‑entities for project HSE execution.Pre‑qualify and evaluate subcontractors prior to the bidding phase.Identify HSE documents to be issued, prepare mobilisation plans and cost requirements during the proposal phase.Develop Health and Safety Project Plans / Site Plans or Project Procedures according to project/client requirements.Gather legal and government requirement information for the project country.Request necessary information from the client regarding their requirements and company policy.Assist the Project Manager with the overall implementation of the HSE management system.Follow up on compliance with HSES targets and SMART Objectives through reported HSES KPI’s.Implement Technip Energies HSE programmes and safety management system at sites.Visit project sites, monitor conditions regularly and propose corrective actions.Ensure that site HSE managers report leading and lagging indicators promptly to issue monthly HSE reports to corporate.Review and analyse incidents with the Site HSE Manager to identify negative trends and propose corrective actions.Assist investigations after accident notifications and ensure corrective actions are closed timely on site.Conduct internal audits to comply with the audit plan and follow up on the implementation of actions to close non‑compliances and observations.About YouEngineering degree or a suitable combination of education and experience.Between 5 and 10 years of experience in a similar position.Recognised qualification in HSES (e.g., NEBOSH) or local recognised HSES certification and ISO 45001/14001.Previous experience on site and field working and managing a multi‑discipline workforce.Good
