We value silence over spectacle, precision over noise, and presence without intrusion.We are looking for a Night Auditor who naturally embodies calm authority, discretion, and operational excellence.Role SummaryDuring the night, you are the invisible host. You safeguard the atmosphere, the guests' peace, and the accuracy of the hotel's operations. This role combines quiet guest care, financial rigor, and responsibility for the property while the hotel rests. A flawless handover to the morning team is essential.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist late arrivals and departures with understated, attentive serviceConduct the night audit with absolute accuracy: PMS reconciliation, payments, folios, no-shows, and daily closureEnsure financial and transactional precision across cash, card, and OTA channelsPreserve the calm and order of reception and common areas during night hoursPrepare arrivals for the following day, ensuring guest information and notes are completePerform overnight security and safety checks, acting discreetly and responsiblyMaintain updated guest profiles and reservations within the PMSEnsure compliance with hospitality reporting and legal requirementsDeliver a clear, structured, and reliable handover to the morning teamWhat You'll Bring (Must‑Haves)Minimum 1 year experience in Front Desk or Night Audit (boutique or upscale hospitality preferred)Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written)Strong numerical skills and attention to detailNatural discretion, emotional intelligence, and respect for guest privacyConfidence working independently during night hoursComfort with PMS systems, email, OTA extranets, and MS OfficeAvailability for night shifts, weekends, and holidaysLegal right to work in SpainNice‑to‑HavesExperience with Cloudbeds, Opera, or MEWSFamiliarity with concierge-style service and cultural sensitivityKnowledge of Marbella and its refined, non‑touristic sideAdditional languages (French, German, Arabic, Russian)Basic first‑aid or incident‑reporting experienceDriver's licenseHow We Measure SuccessNear‑zero discrepancies in night audit closuresSeamless, calm nights with no disruption to guest experienceClear, concise handovers that enable smooth morning operationsPositive guest feedback mentioning attentiveness, calm, and professionalismApplicationPlease send your CV (PDF) to the contact email provided with the subject line “Night Auditor – Anfitrión Marbella”.
