In this role you will supervise & efficiently manage the ECI stores assigned to your area, working to ensure the operational, financial, and commercial success of each one. Responsibilities : Operations Supervision: Monitoring brand standards, compliance with policies/procedures, and implementing efficient business practices. Staff Management: Ensuring that the team is well-trained, motivated, and aligned with business objectives. Controlling all aspects related to ECI staff coverage. Acting as the direct link between ECI staff, the commercial department, and the P&C department. Inventory Management: The Area Manager oversees merchandise movements and flows at the store (product reception , transfers, returns, etc.), ensuring that an adequate stock level is maintained, and necessary orders are placed to meet demand. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborating with the store employees to develop effective sales strategies that drive business growth and increase market share. Performance Analysis: Evaluating the performance of each store based on key metrics such as sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and operational efficiency. Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that stores comply with all applicable industry regulations and standards established by the company. VM Management: Implementing the collection, product rotation within the space, reinforcing cold/hot zones in the point of sale, and monitoring/ensuring the alignment of the visual presentation of all points of sale in the area. #J-18808-Ljbffr
