You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and optimization of the solution, ensuring a reliable, guided, and scalable digital assistant that enhances employee experience and operational efficiency. The role sits within the Digital Data & AI organization and involves close collaboration with business teams, technical teams, and external partners. Conduct competitive and market analysis related to enterprise chatbots and AI assistants. ~ and monitor performance. ~ User Experience & Design: ~ Collaborate with UX/UI to refine interaction flows, tone, and usability. ~ Oversee training data quality and knowledge base governance. ~ Define functional and non-functional requirements: performance, scalability, reliability, and security. ~Conduct A/B tests on new flows, features, and prompts. ~ Produce regular performance reports and drive continuous improvements. # Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in digital product management. Experience managing the full lifecycle of digital products, ideally AI/ML or enterprise software. Strong background working in agile environments. Solid experience collaborating with technical, data, and business teams. Prior involvement in chatbot, conversational AI, or LLM projects is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus.
