Position Description Salarisadministrateur / Payroll Specialist Ben jij servicegericht, heb je interesse in Payroll en werk je graag samen in een team? ADP is internationaal marktleider op het gebied van geïntegreerde HR- en payroll oplossingen (HCM: Human Capital Management) en dus een expert binnen jouw vakgebied. Ons kantoor zit in Barcelona, waar je komt te werken in een team wat bestaat uit collega’s werkzaam in Barcelona en Nederland. De voertaal binnen het team is Nederlands en intern binnen ADP, Engels. Het is dus belangrijk dat je naast Nederlands ook goed de Engelse taal beheerst in woord en schrift. Wat ga je doen? Als Salarisadministrateur / Payroll Specialist bij ADP ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van de salarisadministratie van verschillende Nederlandse organisaties. Hierin ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klanten uit je eigen klantportfolio. Je ontzorgt de klanten van ADP door hen te ondersteunen, adviseren en te begeleiden in de verwerking van de payroll. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor: Het beoordelen van de aangeleverde mutaties op juistheid en verwerkbaarheid qua wet- en regelgeving. Het adviseren van je klant over wijzigingen in cao’s en wet- en regelgeving. De ondersteuning van de implementatie van nieuwe regelingen. De juistheid en tijdigheid van de salarisverwerking van jouw klanten. De aangiften loonbelasting en alle aan- en afmeldingen bij diverse instanties. Het onderhouden van frequent contact met je klant om een goede salarisverwerking te kunnen garanderen. Daarnaast ben je continu alert op verbeteringen die doorgevoerd kunnen worden in het salarisverwerkingsproces. Dit kan zowel betrekking hebben op het automatiseren van regelingen als op het verbeteren van het aanleverproces van de mutaties. Wie ben jij? Heb jij interesse in een rol als Salarisadministrateur / Payroll Specialist of heb je hier al enige ervaring mee en beschik je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden? Ben je op zoek naar een werkgever die veel aandacht en tijd besteedt aan het up-to-date houden van jouw kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van payroll? Heb je daarnaast ook een PDL–diploma of wil je deze behalen , dan is ADP op zoek naar jou Wij zoeken een kandidaat die flexibel, enthousiast en gemotiveerd is Daarnaast zoeken we iemand met: Een behaald Praktijkdiploma Loonadministratie (PDL) en/of Vakopleiding Payroll Services (VPS), of bereid zijn deze te behalen. Ervaring in een rol binnen payroll- en/of salarisadministratie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste; Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een dienstverlenende instelling. Ervaring binnen een accountancy en/of salarisverwerkingskantoor is een pré. Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift. Wat krijg je daar voor terug?
