While we provide a positive work environment and endless opportunities for professional development, we are looking for new team members ready to play a key role in our success We are currently seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant. In this role you work closely with our customers and our experienced support teams to implement large-scale projects involving the deployment of the SAP SuccessFactors application. Your role as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant will involve understanding and analyzing HR business processes of our clients in order to configure the necessary SuccessFactors modules. Drawing on your past implementation experience, your creativity and passion for ensuring that your customer's needs are met will keep you challenged and motivated while leading the implementation process. Your duties will involve: Identifying, analyzing and understanding clients' needs Formalizing these needs and looking for solutions Configuring the SuccessFactors software and its different modules Using BizXpress and BizXpert (SuccessFactors) methodology to manage the complete project life cycle Carrying out functional tests Documenting the implemented solution Training users and providing the necessary support Assisting the team or project manager in organizing delivery and supervising less experienced resources As a consultant, you will also: Establish positive relationships with your clients and colleagues while demonstrating interpersonal skills and good judgment Lead junior resources Identify obstacles and issues, as well as action and mitigation plans Required Skills 4-5 years of experience in configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions Associate level certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, LMS and SAP SuccessFactors Foundation and SuccessFactor Succession (both assets) Knowledge of design, implementation and deployment of SuccessFactors modules Strong ability for understanding and analyzing the HR management processes Management experience an asset Customer service-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills Ability to adapt Experience with the following applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project University degree in computer science or management Ability to speak and write in English and French Desired Qualifications Minimum of 2 full SuccessFactors implementation or deployment projects Professional level certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP SuccessFactors Foundation Experience in HTML/XML coding Functional and technical experience in integrating the SF platform with other peripheral systems General knowledge of the SAP HR solution (PA and OM modules) Ability to work under pressure on simultaneous assignments Knowledge of the following MS applications: Visio and Access More about our Culture ...
