Our areas of activity are Aerospace, Defense & Security, Big Science, Biotechnology and Fintech. Together with our tech partners we provide high-throughput smallsats and their subsystems . Our brand-new factory in Madrid is suited to integrate satellites and constellations . We are looking for a Sales Engineer with the mission ofcontribute to the business development and sales activities in our business segments Reporting to the Area Director, help define and implement the business development and sales strategy in space. ~ Manage the entire sales lifecycle: prospect identification, lead generation and qualification, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and customer lifetime value optimization. ~ Sell complex technical products and services to B2B and B2G clients, such as space agencies, government organizations, space prime contractors, tech and industrial corporations, among others. ~ Negotiate tender and contract terms. ~ Identify commercial and tech partners to improve our value proposition and increase the revenue streams. ~ Meet regular sales targets. ~ Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other events, as well as prepare technical/commercial documentation. ~ Use our CRM for market and business intelligence to increase our demand generation. ~ Contribute to project financial management and legal issues. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, specialization in Aerospace , or a related field. MBA is a plus. ~ Ability to take decisions with limited supervision, even when no obvious process is established. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Other languages (French and German) are a plus. Desirable experience with CRM (Salesforce).
