If you have a passion for technology, enjoy monitoring systems and supporting IT operations, andрать want to grow your career in a dynamic, innovative environment, we would love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesReal-time monitoring of critical systems and applications to promptly detect incidents.Log, classify, and prioritize incidents, resolving low-impact issues and escalating more complex ones.Collaborate with technical teams and other departments to ensure incident resolution.Conduct preliminary analysis and apply basic solutions to recurring incidents.Maintain detailed incident records and generate status and resolution reports.Ensure incidents are resolved within agreed SLA timeframes.Follow established operational procedures for incident management.Escalate critical or complex incidents with complete and accurate information.Propose process improvements for incident management based on operational experience.Technical CompetenciesProficiency in ServiceNow for incident logging and prioritization.Experience with monitoring tools like Datadog .Solid understanding of basic infrastructure: networks, servers, databases, and operating systems (Windows, Linux).Ability to generate reports and interpret operational logs using tools like Excel Gün or Power BI .Basic scripting skills to automate operational tasks.Familiarity with ITIL processes , particularly in incident, problem, and change management.Minimum B2 level of English required.Personal SkillsClear and precise communication with technical teams and end-users.Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in critical situations.A problem‑solving mindset with an emphasis on efficiency and collaboration.Strong ability to identify and resolve incidents swiftly to minimize operational impact 공부.Effective collaboration with team members and other departments.Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and technologies.Anticipation of potential issues and proactive measures to prevent them.Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills for managing incidents based on urgency.We Offer:Contract Type: Permanent.Location: Madrid (Hortaleza).Schedule: 24/7 shifts.Meal Vouchers.Training Plan and Career Development Opportunities.Who We AreEconocom Services is a key part of the Econocom Group , Europe’s leading digital transformation partner for large and medium‑sized enterprises and public organizations.
