A relevant Master's degree or MBA at a leading university is a plus Prior working or internship experience in private equity, M&A, consulting or finance is required Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint Fluent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English is required. Some command of the German language is a plus Wir stellen uns vor About U Fund Services S.à r.l. (UFS) Your mission In this 6-month internship, you will assist Ufenau Capital Partners as part of its Iberia investment team. The position is located at Ufenau's offices in Madrid, Spain. We are looking for curious, passionate and entrepreneurial candidates who will support our growing local team. As an intern you will work as an integral team member, meaning you will have exposure to the entire investment process. Responsibilities include: Screening and analysis of potential investments in Iberia, as well as industries and markets Financial assessment of the investment opportunities Assistance in the execution of transactions (offer letters, due diligence, legal agreements, etc.) Support in day-to-day operations of the Iberian investment portfolio Preparation of investor and company presentations Learning opportunity in an international, dynamic and fast-paced environment at one of Europe's leading private equity funds Growth-oriented entrepreneurial and informal culture with significant development opportunities International working environment at Ufenau's offices in Madrid Possibility to receive a full-time offer in case of a strong mutual match Why us?
