Lear Corporation’s plant in Valladolid, Spain, develops advanced automation solutions for manufacturing, including customized robotics and AI-based systems.Role Overview: Responsible for programming and commissioning PLCs and industrial robots for automated machinery.Key Responsibilities: • Develop, program, and commission PLCs (mainly Siemens) and HMIs.• Program and integrate industrial robots (ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa).• Configure and troubleshoot industrial systems (networks, servo systems, marking equipment).• Interpret and manage electrical and pneumatic diagrams.• Test, validate, and commission machines at the client’s site.• Provide support for program maintenance and troubleshooting.Requirements: • Degree / CGFS or CFGM in Industrial Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field.• Minimum 2 years of experience.• Experience with PLC programming, robotics, and industrial automation.• Proficiency in Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and robot programming (KUKA, ABB, FANUC).• Good English skills (spoken and written).Key Competencies: • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.• Proactive and results-driven mindset.• Ability to adapt to change and work collaboratively.• Customer-focused with a service-oriented approach.This is a great opportunity to join Lear at WIP Plant in Valladolid  and be part of an exciting transformation in industrial automation and smart manufacturing
