We work every day to develop new innovative solutions and sustainable process technologies for a wide range of industries.**Your responsibilities**As**Technical Sales Manager**, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by combining your technical expertise with strong customer engagement skills. You will support the entire sales cycle - from identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions to post-sale technical support - while expanding our presence **inSpain & Portugal.*** Proactively develop and expand our customer base in Spain & Portugal through acquisition and relationship management.* Collaborate with the sales teams to provide technical insights during pre-sales and sales activities, as well as with cross-functional teams such as product development, project management, after-market or marketing.* Provide expert consultation by identifying customer needs and delivering tailored technical solutions.* Identify and develop new market segments through competitive and market analysis.* Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, customer visits and visits to our test centres.* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Aftermarket teams to align offerings with evolving market needs.* Management and leadership skills to be able to be promoted to management positions.**Your qualifications*** A Master Degree in Industrial Engineering or a comparable technology-related field. The degree must be legally recognized in Spain.* A Master in Business Administration provides an interesting advantage.* 3-5 years of professional experience in technical sales (B2B), application engineering, or a related field, preferably in a technical or industrial environment (experience in the Chemical industry, Cement industry or Steel market beneficial).* Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish (native) and English, written and spoken; as additional languages Portuguese or German are an advantage.* Strong technical acumen with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.* High customer orientation, self-motivation, and a willingness to travel.* Strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality and a results-driven approach.* Willingness to travel (min. 50% travel required).**We offer*** An exciting environment with a dynamic global market leader* A wide range of training and development opportunities* A team of colleagues who will support you and look forward to you joining them.* And much more**Qlar - What we care for** Diversity of backgrounds makes Qlar stronger and is essential to our culture and our operating as a world-class competitor.
