You will contribute to critical data initiatives by creating reusable, business-aligned data assets that address complex business challenges. Your work will directly support enterprise data strategies and the implementation of modern, automated data solutions.You will work closely with client teams to ensure data model consistency, quality, and alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic priorities.As an Expert Data Modeler, this could be part of your day-to-day activities :Translate complex business needs into robust Data Vault 2.0 models, including conceptual, logical, and physical layersDesign and implement scalable, auditable data products using Data Vault patterns that support both operational and analytical use casesEnsure modeling consistency and alignment with enterprise standards, especially across multiple data domains and delivery teamsCollaborate with client stakeholders and data teams to clarify requirements, define model scope, and align on delivery timelinesIntegrate Data Vault models with modern data platforms (cloud or hybrid), ensuring compatibility with CI / CD and version control workflowsAct as a subject matter expert on modeling approaches, mentoring peers and guiding teams on advanced Data Vault use casesRequirementsTo apply, this should be part of your background :4+ years of experience in data modeling, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale data solutionsExperience in Data Vault 2.0 methodology, including hub-link-satellite modeling, historization, and PIT / bridge conceptsUnderstanding of conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and their application in modern data ecosystemsSolid grasp of data governance principles, metadata management, and maintaining business term alignment across modelsExperience working in agile environments and version control (Git). If you are familiar with CI / CD practices and pull request workflows for data models, it will be considered as a plusStrong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional client teamsFluency in SQL and experience integrating models into data pipelines and BI / reporting layersAbility to mentor peers and guide modeling decisions, serving as a trusted expert within project teamsExperience with dbt and Databricks will be considered as a plus.We know that great candidates might not check every box.
